The exhibition - HUMAN BALTIC presents the golden age humanist photography of 1960-1990 and The Baltic Way in one of the most prestigious galleries of Tokyo - Spiral Garden. VIP events, panel talks and tours will serve as a platform for creative, diplomatic and business communities of the Baltics and Japan. Dedicated augmented reality app will extend the exhibition. It is a part-time position. The work will start now, beginning of April 2024 and will end in June, 2024. The most active months are April and May.

Responsibilities
- From May 27th to June 9th 2024 in Spiral Gallery Tokyo
- 8 or 4 hours shifts daily from 11am to 7pm
- You can choose which dates and shifts you are available in advance, as we plan to have few gallery sitters.
- Greeting visitors
- Supervising order in the exhibition
- Selling catalogue item
- Issuing and accepting returned tablets for visitors
Requirements
- Representative personality.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Ability to communicate about exhibition
Reward
- Become part of the first Baltic art project in Japan, meet curators and artists - perfect for art students.
- 4 shift is paid 30 Euro brutto, 8 hour shift is paid 70 Euro brutto.
- You will get Baltic snacks to feel better taste of the Baltics.
- You can read a book, of course, if there are no visitors.

今回のプロジェクト展示、「HUMAN BALTIC」は、1960年から1990年のヒューマニズム写真の黄金期とバルトの歩みを、東京で最も洗練されたギャラリーのひとつであるスパイラルギャラリーで展示します。プロジェクトでは、VIPイベント、パネルトーク、ツアーなどを予定しており、バルトと日本のクリエーター、 外交およびビジネスコミュニティのためのプラットフォームとなります。また、専用のAR（拡張現実）アプリを活用し、ギャラリーの外にまで展示を拡張します。
スタッフ募集の詳細
日程：2024年5月27日から6月9日まで
場所：スパイラルギャラリー東京
時間：毎日11時から19時までの8時間または4時間のシフト制＊事前にご都合の良い日時とシフトをお選びいただけます。
業務内容：
・来場者のお出迎え
・会場内の整理整頓
・カタログ商品の販売
・タブレットの貸出、返却の受付、管理
応募資格：
・清潔感のある方
・英語、日本語が堪能な方
・コミュニケーション能力の高い方
給料：
・5,000円/4時間勤務
・11,500円/8時間勤務 （いずれも源泉徴収前）
その他の特典：
・日本初のバルト三国のアートプロジェクトの一員となり、キュレーターやアーティストと出会えます。
・バルトのお菓子をご用意しています。
・ギャラリーにお客さんがいない時間は、本を読んでいただいても構いません。
