Hiring Cultural Project Coordinator

Write us ︎︎︎ seg@koi.lt until February 10th.
In 2026 (and beyond), our studio will work on Virtual reality animation production, Baltic arts exhibition in Tokyo, Sculpture production in Vilnius, Crafts e-shop and Curated travel.

All miracles are created with strong sense of responsibility, befriending bureaucracy, swimming in a sea of emails and documents, result-oriented approach, creative problem solving and attention to detail. Yeah, sounds like corporate bullshit, but it actually isn’t - this is your boss speaking.

We work with artists, curators, bureaucrats, foundations, institutions, producers, artificial intelligence, accountants, wielders - and love them all equally.

It is a flexible full-time or two-thirds-time position. The work starts now, beginning of February 2025 and never ends.

Work style
- We work fast, agile and meticulously.
- We make mistakes and strive not to repeat them.
- It’s not about how many hours we work, but how much we get done.
- We thrive in a harsh and unpredictable reality.
- Behind every artistic miracle is a solid GANTT chart.
- And behind every GANTT chart is empathy.

The Perfect Candidate

Well, there is no perfect candidate, and we’re ready to be flexible with Your experience and style. However:

The perfect candidate
If film set junior producer, NFT exhibition organizer and advertising project manager had a baby, we'd hire the baby. Since we can't hire fictional babeis, we expect you to be as close to the fictional ofspring.

Competences
- Fluent Lithaunian and English. 日本語 is a big advantage.
- Understanding of creative field - from user perspective to bureaucracy.
- Project management and organizational experience: process and team coordination, briefing production partners, coordinating with designers and creatives, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills to represent the initiative for partners: galleries, sponsors, etc.
- Thorough. Like, OCD-thorough. How many grammar mistakes did you notice above? We left at least two.

Responsibilities
- Aid head producer in a multiverse of tasks.
- Team coordination in Japan and Europe.
- Working with artists, curators, production partners.
- A touch of bureaucracy with institutions — just enough, not too much. Overwhelming at sprints.
- Communication with event partners: Embassies, galleries, foundations, sponsors, institutions.
- Event organizing: discussions, openings, finger-foods, light scenarios.

Work environment
- You will join a lean international team.
- Timeline, tasks, questions and challenges will be coordinated with head producer.
- If You lack an expertise at some topics, we'll get you a professional consultant.
- If there are too many tasks, we'll get you an assistant.
- Flexible working hours that accommodate other activities.
- The role starts now.
- If we like each other, we’d love to invite you to join our future initiatives.
- Studio in Vilnius Old town.

Still here?

Remuneration
- We offer 2100-2400 Eur brutto after trial period.
Tell about Yourself
